Ready business - a rest complex for amateur and sports fishery is on sale. The complex includes the earth of-13.5 hectares. The earth and a reservoir are included in the land book. At the request of the client it is possible to use also for other purposes. Business is perspective, there is a potential for bystry development. In the territory 2 inhabited winter houses are located: for owners and for workers, both with all conveniences. The first house with a verandah of 30 sq.m: on the first floor - a drawing room, kitchen, a bathroom, a shower, the Russian (Turkish) bath. On the second floor - 4 rooms, a toilet, the conditioner.
